MHSA Physical Examination Update
Physical examinations conducted May 1, 2025, or later are now valid for the following two (2) school years.
If your student completed an MHSA physical during the 2025-26 school year, it will remain valid for the 2026-27 school year.
Please note: All incoming freshmen are required to complete a new MHSA physical examination.
If the current MHSA rule remains in place, student-athletes will generally need a full physical during their Freshman and Junior years, with an Interim Medical History Form required during their Sophomore and Senior years.
All required forms can be found on the MHSA website.
All physical and interim history forms must be completed and uploaded into Arbiter prior to participation.
High School Summer 2026 Athletics Activities
One of the most important things our student-athletes can do for their long-term success, health, confidence, and injury prevention is consistently invest in speed and strength development during the offseason.
This summer we intentionally doubled the training time and opportunities available in an effort to better support all of our students.
See flyer for our summer speed and strength information along with camp opportunities for student-athletes.
Update June 25, 2026: Due to the outstanding turnout for our summer strength and conditioning program, beginning Monday, June 29, all incoming 8th graders (2026-27 school year) who are interested in participating in summer workouts will attend the 5:30 p.m. workout session.
